The Hertfordshire Climate Change and Sustainability Partnership (HCCSP) is working collaboratively to deliver climate change targets and meaningful carbon reduction across Hertfordshire, by joining the 11 Hertfordshire local authorities with the Local Enterprise Partnership. This event is a cycle ride around the proposed 7-mile Watford Green Ring. SPOKES have proposed the Green Ring route for walking & cycling. Many of the routes on the proposed local cycling network will connect to the Green Ring.
