Hertfordshire Climate Change and Sustainability Partnership launch of Strategic Action Plans and panel discussion

The Hertfordshire Climate Change and Sustainability Partnership (HCCSP) is working collaboratively to deliver climate change targets and meaningful carbon reduction across Hertfordshire. HCCSP includes all ten districts and boroughs, Hertfordshire County Council and the Local Enterprise Partnership.

To date, the partnership has produced Strategic Action Plans on Water Sustainability, Biodiversity, Carbon reduction and Transport. This session will take place online during COP26, which is a prominent time to launch the current plans for HCCSP across Hertfordshire.

Dr Phil Porter, Associate Dean of Education at the University of Hertfordshire and Reader in Geoscience.

Panel discussion

The event will feature a panel session chaired by Mark Kemp, Director of Environment and Infrastructure at Hertfordshire County Council, and Vice President of the Association of Directors of Environment, Economy, Planning and Transport.
