SUMMARY:Boosting Nature in St Mary’s Green Space
DESCRIPTION:We want to invite you to the soft launch of a Friends of St Mary’s Green Space to restore nature around the church and beyond. This event builds on the work of the Green Heart of Watford Initiative; St John’s School bug surveys\, pollinator planting\, habitat creation\, sowing of the Wildflower Meadow (by St John’s and Central Primary schools)\, and the creation of a new family play area by WBC. The idea is to establish a local community group to govern and support what goes on in that space. Indoors but likely to include a unique opportunity to climb the bell/clock tower and see the green space. Wheelchair accessible
