DESCRIPTION:The Hertfordshire Climate Change and Sustainability Partnership (HCCSP) is working collaboratively to deliver climate change targets and meaningful carbon reduction across Hertfordshire. HCCSP includes all ten districts and boroughs\, Hertfordshire County Council and the Local Enterprise Partnership. \nTo date\, the partnership has produced Strategic Action Plans on Water Sustainability\, Biodiversity\, Carbon reduction and Transport.
